Upcoming Wine Making Classes
Making wine with kits
This one night class (approximately 2.5 hours) is designed to show you how to make your own great wine using Winexperts & Spagnol's wine kits.
After a short "lecture" on how wine kits are made, and how you then make them into wine, we will show examples of each step.
Steps shown include:
~Winery sanitiation
~Mixing the kit and water
~Racking the wine off the sediment
~Adding the remaining ingredients
~Racking again off the lees
~Bottling your wine
~Aging your wine
We will also give you tips on making the process easier, and making your wine the best it can be.

Class fee: $20 payable in advance
Class Minimum: 4 students
Class Maximum: 15 students
Registration
You can register by
buying the class at the bottom of this page, or in the store during regular business hours, you may also register via telephone or email, provided payment arrangements are made 3 days prior to class.
Class size is 4 minimum, with a maximum of 15 due to space limitations. We highly recommend pre-registration for all classes, to ensure your space in the class, and to ensure minimum class size. If minimum class size is not registered (and class fee paid)approximately 3 days prior to class, we will notify you of cancellation. Drop in students are welcome provided we have space available. Class fees are refundable if we cancel class.
If you miss class, we can apply the fee to a future class, but the fee is not refundable. Please understand that the instructor’s time is valuable.
