of the total alcohol in your
wash.  This unit is perfect for
small scale ethanol for fuel.

for human consumption in the USA
without the proper permits***

We offer a variety of beer making classes.  Try our 3 hour Beginning class, 5 hour  All-Grain class, or 3 night - 9 hour Advanced Class.
It's been a few years since we
have had these beautiful bottles.
They have improved them by
also allowing you to crimp a bottle
cap on the top!
Make up to 15 batches of Mascarpone, Ricotta, Mozzarella and  Ricotta Salata.  Each cheese takes about 1 hour to make.
