We respect your privacy.
Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail us.
 

Shipping

We use FedEx Ground as our default shipper, as it is reliable and inexpensive.  At the checkout, you do have the option of choosing a faster method via FedEx Express, at a higher shipping cost.
Large equipment orders we ship via common carrier, and the shipping costs will be quoted to you prior to shipping.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of submission.  Weekend orders are shipped out on Monday.   We will do our best to contact you when your order is likely to be delayed by more than 3 days.  We charge you only the actual shipping charges from our location in Vancouver, Washington, to your location.  Please be aware that shipping to a commercial location is slightly less expensive than shipping to a residential location. 
Alaska and Hawaii customers can request us to ship via USPS (US Post Office), as that is typically the most economical.  Be aware that there is no tracking available via USPS at this time.
 

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind out products, and gladly take back any returns on non-perishable items at any time for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns of perishable prodcuts will depend on the age of the indiviual product and if we are able to resell the product in a timely fashion.
