A reformulated turbo yeast that will ferment up to 18% alcohol now includes additional mineral absorbents for improved quality. Has excellent temperature tolerance up to 75 degrees F. Best flavor production when fermented to under 16%. Use 15 lbs of Dextrose (corn sugar) in a 5.5 gallon batch for best results. This will give you 15.5% alcohol. Very Important!
