Malts:
14.50 lbs 2-Row Malt
.75 lbs Crystal 15L Malt
.50 lbs Victory Malt
.50 lbs CaraPils/Dextrine Malt
Hops:
1.0 oz Magnum hops (boil 60 minutes)
.50 oz Cascade hops (boil 30 minutes)
.50 oz Centennial hops (boil 15 minutes)
1 Tablet Carrageenan (Kick, Whirlfloc, or 1 tsp Irish Moss)
.50 oz. Cascade hops (boil 5 minutes)
.50 oz. Centennial hops (boil 1 minutes)
Yeast:
Imperial A07 Flagship Yeast, Dry Yeast Alternative - US-05
Step by Step:
Mash at 150° for 45-60 minutes. Raise temperature of mash to 165° then run off 6.5 gallons of wort to begin your 60 minute boil. When wort comes to a boil add 1.0 oz. Magnum and boil for 60 minutes. With 30 minutes remaining in the boil add 0.50 oz. Cascade hops. With 15 minutes remaining add 0.50 oz. Centennial hops and 1 Carrageenan Tablet. With 5 minutes remaining add 0.50 oz. Cascade hops. With 1 minute remaining add 0.50oz. Centennial hops. Cool wort to pitching temperature, pitch yeast and begin fermenting. After 7 days check the specific gravity of your beer. When final gravity is reached bottle or keg as desired.

Optional Dry Hopping:
Add 1 oz. Centennial Hop Pellets directly into the fermenter after 5 days of fermentation to increase aroma!
