Azacca Hop Pellets

Characteristics

Azacca, named for the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit tones. It’s excellent aromatic qualities have quickly made Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in varying styles of beer.

Alpha Acid : 14-16%

Characteristics : Aromas of tropical fruits and citrus. Tasting notes of spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine and pine.
Styles : American Pale Ale, American IPA

Sultana (formerly Denali) has a big aroma that imparts Pineapple with notes of Citrus and Pine. Alpha Acid: 13-15%

Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: El Dorado™ consistently elicits responses of fruity notes, specifically tropical fruit flavors. Other fruit notes offered have been pear, watermelon and stone fruit.

Mosaic™ (HBC 369) is an aroma hop variety developed by Hop Breeding Company, LLC that was released in 2012. It offers a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics that translate very favorably into several styles of beer. Mosaic™ is the daughter of Simcoe® (YCR 14) and a Nugget derived male.

10-11% All Purpose
Very fruity Citrus, peach, apricot, passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, melon, gooseberry, lychee fruit, pineapple, mango, papaya and other tropical fruit flavors and aromas.  A very new high alpha Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger, EKG  hybrid with distinctive citrus aroma. 
Use For: Pale ales, IPA
Substitutes: Simcoe ,and other fruity citrusy "C" hops

Ultra High-alpha bittering Hop

Alpha Acid 16-18%

Moderately intense, good and hoppy, fruity and a little spicy

Alpha Acid 6-8.5%

Cascade Pellet Hops

Cascade hops are an all-American hop primarily whose primary use can be seen in the American Pale Ale and IPA styles. They are primarily used as an aroma hop in the last half of the boil.
Additionally, Cascades are a great choice for dry hopping.
